Our Client is looking for a Sterile Services Technician to join their fantastic Theatre team.

Sterile Services | SSD | Theatres | 37.5 hours per week | Permanent | Surrey | £18,500 - £19,500 DOE

Our Client is looking for a Sterile Services Technician to join their fantastic Theatre team. Responsible for the sterilisation of all instruments post procedure you will work on a rota covering Monday to Friday 7am – 9pm and on average one weekend in four.

We offer a range of surgical specialties which include Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic, Urology, Dermatology and ENT.  Please note that due to our rural location access to your own vehicle is critical.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be part of the team responsible for providing an exemplary instrument sterilisation service for our Theatre and Endoscopy equipment. This will include loading often heavy sets of instrumentation into the washing machine through to reassembly and packaging in time for the next procedure.

Who we're looking for

• Ideally you will have experience working in Sterile Services or a Care capacity  
• Flexibility to work on our rota
• Happy with the physical nature of the role
