Due to growth, you can join an award-winning education recruitment agency as a Recruitment Coordinator ; you will be earning a realistic package £25-30k, but this is uncapped with opportunity for progression.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?
As an MSP (Managed Service Provider) Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the 2nd tier agency supplier relationships, ensuring all jobs are filled as a priority in the morning.

You will also source and build a pipeline of candidates yourself to work in roles such as Teaching Assistants and Teachers for MAT’s (multi-academy trust’s) who have chosen Smile Education as their recruitment partner.

You will need to be resilient and tenacious with communication skills, being able to build natural relationships and not shy to pick up the phone for actual conversations, as this is key to any success. You will be a solution focussed problem solver, able to think on your feet; being self-motivated and goal orientated is essential with the ability to work under pressure regularly and working very closely as part of a wider team, both internally and with our external partners.

This role offers hybrid working split between the office and remote, so flexibility is on offer for you.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
Term time – 7am - 3.30pm / 7.30am – 4pm
School Holidays – 9am - 3.30pm
