Nursing Home Manager
Towcester
Circa £68k
We currently have an opening for an experienced nurse qualified Home Manager to manage a specialist brain injury home in the Towcester area.
The home is currently rated at Requires Improvement (the home is on it's way up though!) & is a small service, less than 20 beds that specialises in mental health conditions including autism & brain injury The home has a strong staff team & are looking for a manager to become someone who can integrate themselves well in the team & home & lead the team forwards.
This post would be an excellent opportunity for someone that has a passion for Acquired Brain Injury & complex care & who is looking to join a progressive organisation. We are looking for somebody with a good reputation within the local area and with CQC & has experience within a managerial role in a specialist nursing service.
The successful candidate:
• Will be an experienced home manager of a mental health service
• Nurse qualified
• Experience of maintaining standards and maintaining a good local reputation
• Good marketing experience
• Experience with budgeting and finances
• Passionate about mental health & complex needs
