The Role - Senior Estimator

As a Senior Estimator you will be a valuable part of the business, utilising your experience, knowledge and skills within a team environment to prepare tenders, identify opportunities and produce competitive estimates.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensure that all estimating processes and procedures are followed to deliver a submission following tender settlement.
• Work with surveyors in preparation of quantified schedule of rates and bill of quantities.
• Prepare tender summaries and attend start-up pre-price and price meetings.
• Assist in preparation for settlement meeting enquiries whether risk register, prelims and labour rates have been done.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in a Tier 1 background.
• Have a strong electrical contractor background.
