In this role you will provide first-line advice, guidance and coaching in relation to Employee and Line Manager enquiries across aspects of People services as well as relationship manage and coordinate support for multi-stranded enquiries.
You will be supporting the continuous improvement of a broad range of People Processes. Working in partnership with the People Partners and Centres of Expertise to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and a great People experience.
This is a hybrid role and could be based out of our London, Southampton, Manchester or Cardiff offices. The minimum expectation is 2-3 days in the office per week.
