Project Administrator
Sydney Full time, permanent role Salary $70,000 - $90,000 + Super + Bonus (negotiable) Join our established design and engineering client in Sydney, a leader in the industry responsible for over 3,000 pivotal projects across various sectors including defence, aerospace, commercial marine, and oil & gas. Due to continued growth they are currently seeking a Project Administrator to play a critical role supporting project managers in the successful execution and management of projects.

Role and Responsibilities The Project Administrator plays a critical role supporting project managers in the successful execution and management of projects. They are responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating project activities and ensuring seamless communication between team members, stakeholders and project managers. As Project Administrator you'll work closely with project teams to facilitate project planning, monitoring and documentation to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
- Provide administrative assistance to project managers and team members
- Track project milestones, deliverables and dependencies to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
- Coordinate procurement of equipment, supplies and services necessary for project execution
- Support the Project Manager with project-related enquiries and communications
- Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships
- Liaise with project stakeholders
- Process quotations, invoices and purchase orders
Skills and Experience
- Maritime Industry experience (desirable)
- Defence Industry experience (desirable)
- Proficiency with SAP software and technology
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
