Job Title: Subsea Engineer

Location: London/Hybrid

Type: Permanent

Salary:Circa 70K Plus Benefits

An excellent opportunity for Subsea Engineer to working for leading specialist within a leading offshore wind/subsea specialist.

As Subsea Engineer you will play a crucial part s in the field of subsea infrastructure, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of subsea cable systems worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with specialized knowledge and experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of subsea cable system.

As a Subsea Engineer you will be responsible for the below;

* Design subsea cable systems, including route selection, cable specification, and installation methodology, utilizing industry-standard software tools
* Conduct inspections and surveys of subsea cable infrastructure to identify potential issues and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to subsea cable systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

As a Subsea Engineer the below requirements are essential

* Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields of submarine cable installation
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing subsea cable systems (e.g., API, ISO, IEEE)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in subsea engineering, with a focus on cable systems
