Position Details:

* Role: Teaching Assistant
* Location: Swindon
* Start Date: ASAP
* Working Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
* Salary: £76 - £85 per day

Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with passionate teachers to create a dynamic and effective learning environment. Your role will involve:

* Engaging, supporting, and developing the learning of children.
* Assisting in the delivery of creative and well-planned lessons.
* Being the catalyst for those "light-bulb moments" in a child's educational journey.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential.
* Relevant experience may include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, nursery assistance, childcare, or similar roles in a classroom setting.
* Experience in supporting children with ASD, behavioural issues, and learning difficulties would be highly beneficial.
