Job description
The Sele School is seeking an outstanding educator of English to join a high achieving, successful and forward-looking team of staff. We wish to appoint an imaginative and enthusiastic teacher with ambition to develop further in their career. The successful candidate will be keen to work alongside a team determined to create an excellent learning experience for all of our students
As an English teacher, you will inspire and motivate young people to understand the diverse representation of themes and writers in the literary canon, expose our students to a broad range of texts locally and from abroad, and develop skills in literary criticism and theory.
The Teacher of English position is open to both ECT and experienced candidates. The ability to support the school curriculum further within the drama department would be an additional asset.
