Position: Solar Construction Manager
Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £90,000 DOE
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days a week on site

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction activities across multiple solar sites throughout the UK.
Lead a team of construction professionals, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site inspections, assess construction progress, and implement necessary adjustments.
Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Monitor and manage construction budgets, resources, and timelines.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
In-depth knowledge of solar construction processes and technologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
