Job description

As part of ForFutures, our Housing Managed Contract team, you’ll work alongside customers living in supported accommodation, ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing on-site assurance and reactive support to customers in supported accommodation
Dealing with challenging behaviour from customers
Managing scheme “protocols”, such as visitor policies
Working within health and safety guidelines
Building checks and light domestic duties
Working within safeguarding guidelines

What we’re looking for:

Awareness of safeguarding
Confidence and assertiveness, with great communications skills
Driving licence and access to a vehicle
Awareness of homelessness legislation and practices
