Primas Law is a modern, commercial law firm with offices in Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool and London.

Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Paralegal/Legal Executive to join our Real Estate team on a full-time basis. The role will predominately, although not exclusively, involve acting for both lenders and borrowers in relation to property lending work.

The role would be based at either our Manchester or Liverpool office and you would be working closely with solicitors.

• Self-motivated, with a desire to progress and develop.
• Established interest in law either through further education or experience within a driven legal environment.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and prioritise workloads as you will be managing multiple tasks at once.
• Good team worker with the flexibility to do what is required to get a result and ensure client service levels are met.
• Ability to follow instruction with good attention to detail.

Experience/Education:

• Law degree or equivalent;
• Experience in working in a property law environment;
• Start date is as soon as possible (subject to notice)
