Job description
The AIM team is developing and supporting a web based system to allow access and control of the asset models they supply. The system will be made available as a SaaS product via the cloud. System parts will include both commercial end delivery and internal use components for managing and building the asset models ready for sale.
Developing a variety of web applications and APIs/microservices for sale customer. Involved in the whole life cycle of the web application, manage development projects. Work alongside other development teams.
Overview of Main Responsibilities:
• Develop new full stack web parts
• Take ownership of software design and development
• Deliver test driven development projects
• UI web development
• Web API development
• SQL Server development
• Keep up to date with latest web and mobile development frameworks
Essential skills and experience
• Full stack developer
• Good commercial development experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC
• Experience working with Front End Web Development - HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, React, Node.js
• SQL query structuring
• Azure technologies
• Commitment to code quality
• Problem solver able to turn ideas into solutions
Knowledge
• Awareness of emerging technologies
• Web API, .NET Core
• Experience with SQL Server and SQL
• Unit testing and Test Driven Development
• Release Management
