A leading retailer enjoying record breaking growth in the FMCG sector is seeking a Supply Chain Projects Coordinator to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a permanent role offering excellent training and development including the opportunity to support the growth of the new facility in Leicestershire.

Commutable from: Leicester, Loughborough, Coalville, Hinckley, Ashby-De-La-Zouch

Salary: £ 34,690 - £ 40,510 p.a. + Excellent suite of benefits including Pension, Annual Leave, Discounted Health Benefits + Employee Assistance Programme + Sick Pay Scheme + Employee Discounts Scheme + Virtual GP Access + 2 Days per week remote working.

The Role

The Supply Chain Project Coordinator will successfully manage multiple projects for the supply chain management department and support the life cycle of complex material handling equipment projects from pre-sales to post-implementation.

The Supply Chain Project Coordinator will work with project teams to establish procedures, plans and practices to promote best practice and will coordinate weekly programme meetings to update on project status.

You will support advanced record keeping on projects using the full suite of tools including advanced usage of MS-Excel including VLOOKUP, PIVOT Tables and IF statements. You will ensure that project goals are met on time and within budgets.

The Person

The Supply Chain Project Coordinator ideally be qualified to graduate level and have experience within a logistics or supply chain function in a fast-paced business. You will possess an expert skill base on MS Office applications and have proven experience in project planning.

The Supply Chain Project Coordinator will have excellent risk management skill and be able to communicate effectively with and engage all relevant stakeholders. This role offers excellent progress and career development within the national supply chain function.
