Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance business operations in the Birmingham location.
Conducting regular reviews and audits of existing systems and software.
Creating detailed business analysis reports and presenting them to senior management.
Working closely with IT and business teams to design new system specifications.
Managing project deadlines and deliverables.
Training and supporting end-users on new systems and procedures.
Ensuring the company remains compliant with data protection regulations.
