Job description
Four day experienced Nanny - Housekeeper required to care for two children aged 5 years and 9 years old.
This is a sole charge role with both parents working full time and would like to be in London for the majority of the time. Both parents are also required to travel with their work, but not both at the same time.
This position would be suited to someone who is organised and proactive, and able to manage their time with housekeeping duties during the day and be ready to receive the children at the end of the school day. Someone who is enthusiastic, caring and fun, and keen to always put the childrens needs first.
This family are looking at this being a long term position, and would like to build a strong relationship, in the same way as they did with their Nanny in London.
Duties to include but not limited to, school runs (a few minutes walk from home), attending after school activities, homework support, family laundry, keeping the house organised and tidy.
They already have a cleaner in place on a Thursday and ironing is not required, an ironing lady collects and returns the ironing.
Cooking for the children, including batch cooking. Their previous Nanny enjoyed cooking and often cooked extra for the parents to eat when they arrived home from work, which was very well received.
Start date: ASAP
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If required additional hours can be provided on a Friday during non term time (state school)
Hours: Ideally these would be as follows:
Term time (state school): Monday and Thursday 2pm to 8pm and Tuesday and Wednesday 8am to 7pm
Non term time: Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm
This family have a pet free home.
Off road parking available and car provided for working hours - clean licence required.

With all Elizabeth Henry Nanny placements, applicants require at least 2 years professional experience, a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate and at least two checkable written references or contact details for verbal references to be undertaken.
All applicants are required to either hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Certificate registered with the Update Service which keeps it valid.
