Location: Chiswick, London Job Description: A Norland Nanny is required for the care of two girls 3.5 years old and 5 months old and a 14-year-old boy. This position is sole charge. Overtime is not a strict requirement as the family can make alternative arrangements if necessary. A car driver is preferable, but not necessary and a vehicle is not provided. The family employ domestic help and has a pet dog and cat. There may be holiday travel required with the family to destinations such as Europe or the US. The family home is situated in a peaceful square on the border of Hammersmith and Chiswick, with no through traffic and a small park across the street from their doorstep. The location is conveniently served by the District Line, with Stamford Brook Tube Station being the closest. The family are a vibrant modern blended family of five (seven on the weekends when their boys, aged 11 and 8, join them), residing in the charming St Peter's Square. They’re seeking a dedicated Nanny and Family Assistant to join their household. The family is composed of three delightful children and two hardworking parents, each with their unique personalities and interests. The eldest is 13 years old, with a keen interest in retro gaming, Lego and a fervent passion for geography. He's always eager to learn about different countries and their flags and history. The middle child is a lively 3.5-year-old who is set to start her primary school journey in September 2024. Currently attending nursery school, she's a bright, energetic spirit with a love for the outdoors and nature. The youngest is a 5-month-old infant who is primarily under the care of her mother, as she is still breastfeeding. As a family, they value manners, boundaries, politeness, kindness, emotional resilience and tenacity. They’re looking for a nanny who can instil these values in the children and help them grow into happy, productive individuals. They’re looking for someone who can co-parent with them, helping them improve as parents and the children to thrive. The mother is a stay-at-home mum at present as she is on maternity leave, whilst the father works long hours most days. They need extra support with tasks such as homework, meal planning and preparation, and planning activities and holidays for the family. In addition to these responsibilities, they’re seeking someone who can oversee the smooth running of their household and effectively coordinate with other staff members, such as tutors, cleaners and gardeners. They’re seeking a nanny who has a sense of humour, can set boundaries with the children while also being their friend and mentor, and can become a part of the family. If you're looking for a role where you can truly make a difference and become part of a loving family, they would be delighted to hear from you. The family will offer the successful candidate a £1,000 yearly CPD budget and 28 days’ annual leave per year including bank holidays. Requirements:Job tags
