Job description
The rapidly expanding legal department of this international player in the insurance industry is looking for junior lawyer to support one of the insurance business lines as part of the commercial contracts team. As a new position, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual develop the relationship with stakeholders and really make the role their own, with the backing of a large established legal team. You will be enabled to run projects, get in front of the right people, present in meetings and really help the business. You will be the go-to person to this growing line, but also work on a broad range of commercial matters to include contracts, projects, regulatory changes and governance providing you with a well-rounded CV.
For this position we are looking for a qualified lawyer with up to 3 years' experience. You should have some insurance knowledge but this can be from a contentious or non-contentious background and broader financial services experience will also be considered. Commercial contracts experience will also be beneficial. This is a particularly collaborative team and fit will be important in an environment where colleagues work to support each other.Job tags
