HR Administrator 

Belfast

£23.5-25k

We are delighted to be working with a well-known charity with services across North and South of Ireland. This is a great opportunity to develop a career in HR on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 9-5, Early 3pm finish on a Friday! There is the opportunity for hybrid working with this role after a 6-month probation period.

The Role:

• Recruitment & selection.
• Compliance.
• Absence management.
• HR database management.
• HR administration.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

About you:

We are keen to speak with applicants who have gained either a related 3rd level qualification or CIPD (or even currently working towards this OR 6 months + experience in a similar role.

Beyond this we are looking for:

• Driving license and access to a car.
• GCSEs in Math & English.
• A strong desire to pursue a career in Human Resources.
• Strong administration skills.
• Sound level of IT literacy.
