An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Merchandise Coordinator to join the Merchandise, Rewards & Incentives team here at Twinkl. As Merchandise Products Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of product lines for Twinkl internationally. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent organisation and communication skills and is looking for a new challenge in overseeing the printing and distribution of Twinkl Products to subscribers, schools and individuals around the UK.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to negotiate with suppliers, ensuring that we receive the best products whilst increasing margins. You’ll have an in-depth understanding of the Twinkl customer pain points, Twinkl’s products, brand, and be able to adapt this to fit the needs of all customers, ensuring the messaging is relevant and appropriate.
To be successful in the role you will need to have great communication, negotiation and time management skills.
This unique and varied role will give you the opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of outstanding teaching material to educators and parents all over the UK, helping to meet the needs of hundreds of thousands of children.

Your weekly activity could include:
- Working with Product Owners and key stakeholders.
- Sorting addresses, ready to be sent to the supplier.
- Contacting/liaising with suppliers.
- Running product campaigns to expand reach.
- Continuous look at improvement on the process and products.
- Working with customer-facing teams to deal with enquiries.
- Updating Comms where necessary.
- Submitting design briefs.
- You may be required to assist with other areas of the business outside of your role.
