Job description

Hobkirk Sewing Machines Ltd are recruiting for an Apprentice Administration / Sales Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.

Job Details:
• Answering the Telephone
• Emails/ typing documents/databases/spreadsheets
• Liaising with carrier companies
• Processing sales orders
• Processing internet orders
• Taking credit card payments
• Training provided for all the above.

Requirements:
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Hungry to learn and develop
• Attention to detail
• Organised and tidy
• Promotion available for the right candidate

GCSE Requirements:
GCSE English & Maths 4 or above

Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, 30 minutes lunch, 40 hours per week
