We are a patient centred organisation and therefore require flexibility to cross cover across cluster sites as required: Location: Sites in Liverpool & Sefton currently grouped in 3 clusters Cluster One 15 Sefton Rd Seaforth, Litherland Netherton Litherland Cluster Two Crossways, Crosby Hightown Thornton, Netherton Maghull Cluster Three North Park Garston Netherley Primary Care Hub is based Sefton Road Sefton Out of Hours face to face shifts flexible working shift examples vary from 08.00-13.00hours, 13.00 18.00 hours, 09.00 17.00, 18.30 midnight.
