Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are working with a highly progressive independent firm of chartered accountants in Peterborough who are now looking to add an experienced Accounts Senior / Senior Accountant to the team.
This well regarded firm can boast a diverse and interesting client base and as a result of their continually expanding presence, they are now looking to add an experienced individual to undertake a varied general practice role in which the workload will be focused towards year-end accounts production and corporation tax compliance.
As an Accounts Senior you will have responsibility for liaising directly with clients and will manage your own portfolio of clients.
Your role will include the preparation and review of statutory accounts and management accounts, as well as the associated corporation tax computations and returns.
The successful individual will have experience of working in a varied general practice role and may be ACA or ACCA Qualified (or at the latter stages of their studies) or QBE. Previous experience of working within practice is essential.
