We have an opening at Lancashire Teaching Hospital , in Preston.
Role Requirements
Contract date: ASAP – 30th June 2024
Shift: Full-time, but Part-Time would be considered
Duties: General Pharmacist duties including Medicines reconciliation, audits, patient counselling, clinical checks and participating multi-disciplinary team meetings
