MCS Group is delighted to work with a household name in Northern Ireland, and an industry leader in their field to recruit a Food Safety & Quality Coordinator to join their award winning team for a 6-12 month contract.

You will;

• Tracking ongoing Retail Food Safety Audit performance in stores across NI.
• Supporting stores in the development and implementation of a robust food safety management system.
• Liaison with 3rd party auditing body on scheduling matters
• Resolving audit issues & queries
• Support store in implementation of new food safety procedures or legislation.

Ability to communicate effectively with 3rd Party technical teams and interpret data driven insights for stock control & forecasting. Proven track record of delivering to agreed performance targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications –especially Excel, Cell formatting, Basic Formulas, Data validation and date and time functions in addition to Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
