Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Coordinator will support our Territory Account Managers and Key Account Managers on the European Sales Team. This role will ensure customers receive accurate technical information and quotations in a timely fashion. Plan and proactively partake in outbound telemarketing campaigns, OEM training and marketing events.
- Experienced in structured consultative sales approach.
- Organising and planning customer and regionally specific approaches in a methodical and systematic way. Taking a broad and long-term perspective when required.
- Technical acumen commensurate with good market knowledge.
- Knowledge of test & measurement equipment and its applications in testing RF components, wireless, digital electronics, semiconductor, optical components and network test.
- Effective time management between reactive and proactive tasks
- Relationships and networking - responsible and professional approach when engaging customers, internal colleagues, suppliers.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial thinking - absorbing information about products, services and customers and applying this information to create solutions. Staying aware of market and customer trends. Taking a commercial and business strategic perspective.

Experience & Education
- 4 year bachelor’s degree accredited institution
*This position will be Hybrid onsite at our Harrow, U.K. office 3 days a week (Tues, Weds, Thurs)
Physical Requirements

- Contribute towards commercial annual targets.
- Respond to direct phone calls, emails from existing customers, web leads, OEM leads, FE leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the … mailbox, reply with an acknowledgement and basic qualification questions within 1 hour.
- Proactively conduct regular (weekly) outbound calls from ‘Click On’ data from CPO mailers.
- Qualify customers’ requirements, use commercial and technical questions outlined by line manager.
- Liaise with Product Management to assess ER’s ability to supply. SF case must be created in all instances.
- Attending customer conference calls with TAMs and KAMs.
- Ensure TAM, KAM or line manager has reviewed quotations >£5,000 before sending to customer.
- Advise customers on technical configurations and equipment options.
- Diligent and consistently effective management of Sales Force.
- Accurate funnel management including activities, events, next planned activity, sales stage management, closing date, probability forecast.
- Ensure web leads are in the correct status.
- Use Sales Force Outlook plugin to link all associated email correspondence from customers or colleagues.
- If the customer has verbally communicated their requirement, enter the details in the description section of an opportunity.
- Proactively engage support as required to help close Opportunities through Sales Drop-In Calls.
- Deal Management Guide (DMG) required for opportunities valued >50k excluding resellers.
- Creating, configuring and sending quotations using the designated ER system.
- Close new business for ER services (Rental &CPO) including the following key responsibilities:
- Registered address forwarded to Credit Control.
- Obtain necessary credit clearance.
- Obtain a valid purchase order (PO) for each closed opportunity and a delivery address.
- Check and confirm received Orders in the prevailing system operated by ER.
- Send a copy of Order confirmations to CCD (Customer Care Department) and CC (Credit Control).
- Regularly review position against KPIs and Plan and course correct as required to meet the minimum major commercial objectives.
- Position ER, OEM equipment and managed services to customers.
- Cooperate & collaborate with Customer Care, Credit Control, Operations and Logistics to achieve all the above.
- Support any post sales issues as exceptionally requested by customer care or operations.
- Attending sales meetings, conferences or other departmental meetings as maybe required in the fulfilment of duties and objectives.
- Develop and maintain industry and product knowledge through self-learning.
- Demonstrate learning of OEM solutions and seek cross sell opportunities.
