Job description

Our General Insurance team at DWF provides expertise in Casualty, Disease, EL/PL & RTA and is currently seeking a Associate to handle a caseload of high value and complex claims, under the supervision of Lynne Macfarlane, Partner and Solicitor Advocate.

Ideally, you will have at least 3 years PQE in defender personal injury litigation, although we will also consider those with a pursuer background. You will be skilled in managing a large case load of litigated personal injury claims, organised and efficient, with experience of appearing in court.
