WHERE IS THE ROLE LOCATED? Home Based in East Anglia
TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE?
- To manage existing portfolio of products and business within the territory
- To build strong relationships with existing customer base and in particular develop new business with our clients products in the defined area
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and executing a strategy to identify new accounts with the aim of securing new business with influential growers.
- Provide on farm support and advice with independent agronomists
- To provide feedback to the team and improve customer experience
- Advice and support for customers as and when required
- Support and work with R&D to develop new market opportunities
- Assist and run technical training advice sessions
- To attend conferences and exhibitions where necessary
WHAT QUALITIES DO I NEED?
- Experience in advising and selling crop nutrition products to the Horticultural Sector
- Successful in new business development and implementing a sales plan
- Field sales experience within territory ideally
