Job Title: CQC Registered Manager - Homecare Provider
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Are you a compassionate and experienced Manager looking for a fulfilling opportunity in the homecare sector? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a CQC Registered Manager for our homecare services in Nottingham. This is a hybrid working role, offering the perfect blend of remote and on-site management.

We are working with a leading homecare provider committed to delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals in Nottingham and the surrounding areas. Their mission is to enhance the lives of their clients by providing tailored care solutions that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the CQC Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational management of our homecare services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of quality and safety in service delivery.
• Managing and leading a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and supervision as required.
• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of our clients, with a focus on learning disabilities, mental health, and dementia care.
• Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of person-centered care.
• Monitoring and reviewing service provision, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Managing the recruitment and training of staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the homecare sector, with a proven track record of effectively managing a care business.
• CQC registration or willingness to become registered as the Responsible Individual.
• A strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding principles, and best practices in care provision.
• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and dementia, with a compassionate and person-centered approach.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to service improvement.
