8+ PQE

This well-established firm has been at the core of the community for over 100 years. They have offices across the Thames Valley area and are looking to further strengthen their specialist employment offering with a senior Employment Solicitor in their Swindon offices.
The current employment team has three members and so the team are looking for a senior solicitor with ideally 8+ PQE to join the team who has impressive sector knowledge and experience of managing a team. Although this is a senior role there is no mandatory requirement for a following but a business plan would be required with an idea of potential client connections. As well as managerial responsibilities this role would entail managing a case load of complex matters independently.
