The privacy team is an internal service provider that supports Sportradar's fast growth by ensuring a solid and secure foundation.
We are seeking a Privacy Analyst with experience or exposure to Information Security, to help build out a newly created sub-team within the Privacy department to be based in our vibrant London office.

As a key player in the privacy team, you will play an active role in strategic decisions moving forward. By undertaking these responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding Sportradar's commitment to privacy and contribute to the continued success of our global operations.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Monitor and document the implementation of privacy policies and controls
- Oversee the data and asset classification processes from a privacy perspective
- Identify and manage the legal and operational risks related to the collection and processing of personal data and regularly assess compliance with business unit operations
- Oversee and maintain the internal vendor assessment process from a privacy perspective
- Support the development, coordination and implementation of Sportradar´s global privacy program, including technical and organizational measures
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance of the internal records of processing activities
- Support the assessment and handling of data breaches
- Oversee and maintain the internal Privacy by Design process
- Conduct privacy risk assessments and assist technology counterparts in customizing information security approaches
- Oversee the enforcement of personal data retention schedules across the organization
YOUR PROFILE:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the privacy/data protection field on an international scale
- Working knowledge of information security requirements and processes
- Experience with the privacy modules of the Onetrust privacy management software
- Project management experience or
qualifications
would be advantageous - Experience with dealing with data protection authorities and regulators
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work efficiently with senior stakeholders from different business units
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
- Experience with employment-related privacy matters would be advantageous
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in working in a global environment across borders
- Passion for privacy, sports and technology
