You’ll play an important part in the HR Consultancy division and support in developing this into an excellence led ‘offering’, known for efficient and effective best practice HR, first class customer service and truly closing the gap in the market in terms of a value-added HR Services to SME’s.
What you’ll be doing
You will take an active role in managing HR assignment leads for our projects team, overseeing the entire process from receiving leads to assigning the work to a HR or Employment Law Consultant. You will support the team by drafting client proposals that outline both deliverables and costings. Your extensive practical experience in handling a diverse range of complex employment issues, whether gained within an internal HR team or Consultancy environment, is essential. This experience will be instrumental as you engage proactively with referrers, prospects, and existing clients to understand their support needs, particularly in relation to employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions, capability assessments, absence management, grievance resolutions, TUPE, and redundancy.
Your extensive generalist experience will play a critical role in providing advice on the most appropriate courses of action, optimising opportunities for business growth. Our clients will depend on your comprehensive understanding of employment law, coupled with your expertise in overseeing and providing guidance on HR strategy and intricate employee relations issues.
We will encourage you to closely collaborate with the broader business to promote our HR services to both potential and existing clients to maximise opportunities for business growth.
Salary: £36,000 to £43,000 depending on experience
