SEN Cover Supervisor

Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire 

Salary: £90 - £140 per day

Start Date: Immediate Start Required

SEN Cover Supervisors with a strong work ethic are needed to join the GSL Education Lincolnshire team in Grantham, Lincolnshire . We are seeking individuals who have a true passion for teaching and who will do all it takes to support children's development. To be a successful SEN Cover Supervisor you should:

• Have the ability and willingness to undertake additional training and courses to enhance your professional development.
• Empathise with young people and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have the  Right to work in the UK .
• Hold an  Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) that is registered on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one with GSL Education.
• Hold an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher or be a Graduate considering a career in education.
• Have knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies (training can be provided).
• Previous experience working in a SEN setting is preferred.
