Job description

Morgan McKinley is delighted to be working with a reputable organisation in the heart of Crawley on a fully retained basis in the appointment of a Finance Director.

This is an exciting time for the business as they look to hire this newly created position. The successful applicant will add huge value in shaping the finance function, developing new processes and commercially driving the business forward.

Hybrid working: Office based initially, hybrid after settling in.

Finance Director duties include:

• Overseeing the finance team
• Continuously driving process change and improvements
• Leading on financial strategy
• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Maintaining Cash Flow & Treasury
• Business partnering with the board / C-Suite
• Preparing statutory accounts

Experience required:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Substantial leadership and management experience is required
• Hands-on approach and self-starter mentality
• Experience operating at a Finance Director capacity or looking for that first step into a "No1" position
