LTF Recruitment are working with a two-form entry primary school located in the Birmingham, Great Barr area in B44. The school are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join their school and teach students in reception. This role is initially long term, with the opportunity for it to become permanent for the right individual.

The school are looking for the right person who is able to positively contribute to their thriving school, contributing to their inclusive approach towards education. With a supportive SLT and dedicated Teaching staff & Support staff, this role is a great opportunity for an individual with prior early years' experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with another classroom teacher to deliver engaging lessons
• Complete a small amount of planning during PPA
• Differentiate learning dependent on individual students needs
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to relevant staff members
• Promote the school's ethos, upholding values

Role Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (ECT's will not be considered for this role)
• Hold a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Effective communicator, able to build relationships with students, staff and parents
• Knowledge and experience of working with students with SEN
