One of the largest and most respected retailers in the UK is seeking a Senior In-house Legal Advisor to join its team in Preston and enjoy an unhindered progression pathway all the way up to leadership.

The Lead Counsel has a passion and proven track record in developing her team and is therefore open-minded as to what kind of background you will have – other advisors in the team have joined from areas such as insurance fraud and property.
The business has a long history in the region and has a large property estate, which you will support in managing. You’ll enjoy a highly varied role, so this is the perfect opportunity for someone who may be bored working within one practice area and managing the same kind of work each day.
A substantial amount of your role will be related to property matters, but don’t worry if you’ve never worked in this area of law before – what's important to the team is that you have experience of dealing with legal matters and you can manage processes efficiently and expertly.
The role would suit someone looking to take their career in a different direction and for something closer to home in Lancashire. You are likely to have at least five years’ experience as a qualified or non-qualified fee earner or paralegal.
