Credit Administrator - £23,000 / £25,000 – Reading
An introduction to the company and role:
Wade Macdonald is currently working with a long-established company who are seeking a CreditAdministratorto join their team on a permanent basis. The Credit Control team is an important part of the finance function and you will be recognised and rewarded for hard work and positive results.
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
Review the credit facility of new and existing accounts, amending/updating their credit facility based on orders, spend & frequency of sales
Re-assess existing customer’s credit facilities and limits as new orders are made in line with policy and contracts
Making appropriate changes to credit limits
Imposing credit restrictions on orders or customer accounts liaising with Credit Manager, Sales Teams and/or the customer
Review new orders, verifying coding and making any necessary amendments
What experience do you need?
At least 1 years of experience working in an administration role
Strong numerical skills
Intermediate Excel skills
