The Purpose: The Production Manager is a brand-new role which will involve working closely with a range of departments – both internally and externally – the Production Manager will be responsible for all production elements of the ecommerce capture process. From production planning, budgetary tracking, resourcing of crew and talent, leading on set and ensuring a seamless end-to-end workflow.
The Role: - Leading across all ecommerce capture opportunities (both still life and product on models)
- Working across all Campaign capture opportunities with players and models (bespoke, higher production photography and video shoots)
- Key POC across the ecommerce function, liaising with a multitude of people – suppliers, crew, clients, talent & distributors
- Scheduling for all pre-production, capture and post-production / delivery
- Approve bookings of resources, locations, talent, equipment and suppliers, as well as negotiating costs
- Manage all budgetary requirements, as well as overseeing the invoicing process
- Agreeing and understanding usage terms for photographers and talent
- Book travel and accommodation for crew and talent
- Compile and share all relevant shoot documentation – Call Sheet, Risk Assessments, Public Liability Insurance, Production Schedules etc.
- Whilst on set – ensure production runs to schedule, report on progress to the Lead Producer, deal with any problems professionally and effectively, and make sure that health and safety and insurance terms are followed
- Ensure detailed log of all products, and implement measures to optimize shooting opportunities
- Support on the wider Brand production requests where possible

Essential Skills:
- Existing Production Management experience (or equivalent – e.g. Production Coordinator, Assistant Producer)
- Experience of photography capture workflow
- Experience in video production (preferable, but not compulsory)
- High level knowledge of media production and communication
- Ability to organise time and workload effectively
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cross a number of jobs simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Showcase leadership skills
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail
- The ability to use your initiative and spot opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency
- Able to be agile and have a flexible approach to working hours as role will often require action out of normal office hours
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Proficient across computer software and using/ producing clear production documents
