The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant
We are currently working with a school in Orpington to find a 1:1 Teaching Assistant who is available to start as soon as possible. Experience in behaviour management is desired as well as an ability to build rapport with pupils. This will consist of supporting the student during their time in the classroom as well as assisting the teacher of the class where necessary.

This mainstream primary school is based in Orpington and is a short walk from rail and bus connections. As well as this the school offers limited onsite parking for staff. In their most recent inspection this school received a 'Good' Ofsted review. They are now looking to add a strong member to their strong team of support staff to continue to uphold these standards.
