Leasing Support Manager- Automotive (Stellantis)
Location: Monthly requirement to attend the office in Coventry for meetings (estimated 2-3 days per month), must be within 120 minutes travel time of Coventry.
Salary: up to £38,000 per annum

Role Purpose
This is a hybrid role which supports the Head of Leasing and Leasing KAM’s to deliver on their core objectives. It’s a support function with a large reporting element, so there is a requirement to have good technical (excel) and analytical skills.

The Leasing Key Account Manager (LM) is responsible for delivering the leasing sales plans, LEV (Low Emission Vehicles) model mix and profitability objectives of the Stellantis brands in the UK. Managing a designated portfolio of customer records, the LM will need to nurture those customers through to purchase and then manage and retain them through subsequent purchase cycles.
The LM is responsible for maintaining strong relationships and developing new business sales opportunities with their customers, helping to initiate and control sales campaigns, which target a specific sector or model(s) within a defined period. At the same time, ensuring that they position Stellantis products in the most positive light through the monitoring of residual values (RV) and Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) costs on core products.
Accountabilities
Including but not restricted to:
- Conduct Business reviews with Stellantis Leasing Customers and organise vehicle demonstrations for leasing companies and their customers as well as oversee management of customer Order Portfolios
- Manage account order administration, scheduling and build of product requirements.
- Monitor progress and accuracy of all customer vehicle orders and match to fleet plans. Investigate and activate recovery action if necessary.
- Responsible for liaison with key stakeholders including car flow department, carriers, and retailers to ensure vehicle delivery is in line with customer requirements.
- Manage forward stock ordering of saleable stock for customers. Monitor stock versus forecast for customers and report position monthly as part of overall Leasing forecasts, managing stock age profile in line with company objectives.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Stellantis vehicle models, features, and benefits to effectively showcase the value proposition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to provide insightful recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential customers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for Leasing volumes within their account portfolio.
- Manage the Stellantis Leasing sales strategy and the provision of market data, insight, and feedback to relevant Stellantis sales and pricing committees.
- Liaise with the Stellantis Finance Departments on matters relating to invoicing, programme claims, price protection etc. to ensure rapid resolution of all associated issues.
Role Requirements:
- Proven track record in automotive fleet sales, preferably within the UK market.
- Strong understanding of the corporate fleet industry, including vehicle financing options, leasing, and maintenance services.
- Face-to-face negotiations and an understanding of fleet and leasing companies is desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
