Job description

What you will do in your working day

As part of our Maintenance Apprenticeship, tasks will include; 

• Servicing machines
• Attending any machine breakdowns and working with the team to solve issues through electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Completing factory improvement projects
• Installation of new machines

The training you will be getting

The successful applicant will follow the Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician qualification. 

Applicants will be given time off to attend day release (up to 3 days per week) at college. Dependant on the successful applicants location, training will be completed at Cheshire College, South and West. 

Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
