The Head of Commercial Delivery is a critical role to support Ideagen in achieving the next phase of our ongoing growth plans. Reporting into the VP Commercial Performance, within Finance & Operations, you will be leading revenue growth initiatives, working with key stakeholders around the business. The role-holder will be responsible for the development of data driven commercial strategies, shaping implementation plans and ensuring measures of success are clear, with tracking and reporting in place. Based in our Group HQ in Nottingham; from the day you start with us, you will be carrying out significant and high-profile work, making a real impact on influencing business decisions and strategy.

• Commercial leadership and finance partnering of revenue growth initiatives across the Group
• Commercial analysis, interpreting and scenario modelling for financial sensitivities and returns
• Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Revenue and Product to create structured delivery plans across the organisation
• Construction of presentations to senior stakeholders, forming strategic recommendations across commercial initiatives
• Build reporting and forecasting capability to track and monitor progress against agreed targets to support the Group financial targets
• Ensuring tight commercial grip; with clear visibility of performance drivers; making proactive intervention, as required, to deliver against plans
• Provide commercial support to a stakeholder network, acting as the link between operational delivery and financial realisation

• A strong commercial acumen and desire to be involved in influencing strategic business decisions
• An influencer; ability to form strong and collaborative stakeholder networks
• A curious mind is required to challenge, question and learn
• Must be adaptable to change
• Ability enjoy a high paced environment is non-negotiable. 
• Strong technical analytical capability across Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis software
• Story-telling; able to construct and delivery presentations to the SLT shaping business strategy
