The Role
We are looking for an Employee Engagement and Wellbeing Manager to deliver our engagement and wellbeing strategies, creating a positive and inclusive environment for our employees which enhances their experience at the club.
In this role, you'll be responsible for measuring the engagement of our employees across the club through managing our surveying tools and approach, analysing feedback, suggesting new initiatives and managing action plans.

Your day-to-day
- Employee engagement - manage the full employee engagement survey process and pulse surveys, finding innovative ways of increasing participation and openness from our employees
- Strategic approach - use insights to inform future engagement initiatives and collaborate with the wider People team on high level action plans that link into the People strategy and broader club strategy
- Creative solutions - find new and exciting ways of increasing our employees connection and engagement with our club through new initiatives
- Deliver a positive employee experience - deliver the employee wellbeing strategy, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of purpose and initiatives
- Close collaboration - collaborate closely with our wider People Team to ensure our wellbeing benefits are maximised across the club and align with our wellbeing strategy
- Drive engagement – drive engagement levels across the club with our people initiatives and employee lifecycle activities, measuring the success and impact of them
- Event management - manage a calendar of engagement and experience events across the season which celebrate success and commitment such as long service awards and seasonal events
- Focus on EDI – ensure that diversity and inclusion is at the heart of our wellbeing and engagement initiatives to ensure an inclusive environment for our employees to succeed
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in an employee engagement and wellbeing role – you come with a proven track record of success in the development and delivery of internal engagement programmes across an organisation with diverse professions, locations and schedules
- Data driven and analytical - you've previously managed employee feedback tools and can analyse data and surveys to make recommendations, with a great eye for detail
- Superb organisational and planning skills - you are comfortable managing an event budget and have proven experience of delivering successful large scale employee events
- Delivery focus - you have experience of delivering a future focused wellbeing strategy which enhances the employee experience
- Excellent communicator – you are a strong communicator and someone who can think creatively, with great stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A champion for equality, diversity, and inclusion - you have a natural passion for EDI and an ability to quickly understand a diverse business and the differing needs of our workforce
- Commitment and empathy -you are someone with a genuine passion for the employee experience and ensuring we create a great culture across all of our sites and teams
