Italian Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultants receive: - A fun and fulfilling working environment. - Brilliant training from day one - Regular salary reviews - Uncapped commission - Pension, medical, childcare vouchers & bike to work scheme Your Role: - Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work, through social media and various other networking tools - Reviewing and clarifying job specifications, competencies and skills required - Scheduling and coordinating interviews - Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment - Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates - Providing regular updates and feedback to managers and candidates - Generating new business using targeted sales strategies either on the phone or in person - Writing job adverts, registering new CVs, interview preparation, CV advice. - Building longstanding working relationships Applicants for this Italian speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant position: - MUST be able to speak fluent Italian and English - Sales experience and a degree is preferred but not essential - Have effective communication skills and be able to demonstrate a competitive, resilient and positive personality at interview. - Be tenacious and naturally competitive - Have a can-do attitude and winning mentality - Be extremely career focused - Money-motivation is a must Recruitment is not for the faint hearted.
