Job description
A fantastic opportunity has become available with a unique and ever-expanding leader in the supply of quality Fresh Fruit to retail customers in a key position within the Procurement team. The position of Procurement Administrator will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting the Procurement Managers to ensure all aspects of the supply chain are efficient and meet the standards required.
The position of Procurement Administrator will work as a key member of the administrative team, with a focus on supporting management and managing the accurate updating of the company systems. It is a crucial and fundamental part of the successful supply to retail customers, working with customers, suppliers and service providers to ensure all documentation is accurately logged, managed and provided when needed.
We require;
Fluent Spanish Speaker is an essential requirement.
Experience gained within an administration / support function, with exposure to the Fresh Produce supply chain proving advantageous
High level of professionalism and a confident approach, with the ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, with accuracy and attention to detail
Confident IT Skills; Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel ability
This role requires an organised and pro-active individual, who is confident in a fast-paced and demanding environment, meeting deadlines and timescales. We would be pleased to consider a Graduate who has gained work experience in a Food focused business, and is now looking to use skills gained in an office based opportunity.
