A forward-thinking and progressive Estate Agent now require an ambitious, motivated and driven Lettings Manager to join their team in Swindon.
This agent have an excellent reputation locally and are looking for a Lettings Manager to assist with the current portfolio whilst also driving it forward and winning new business.
Lettings Manager – Benefits
- Up to £35,000 basic salary DOE

Lettings Manager – Duties
- Generating and touting for new business
- Looking for ways to increase the managed portfolio
- Handling the managed portfolio including repairs and end of tenancy
- Negotiating lets and carrying out valuations
- Reporting on profit and loss and forecasting
- Engaging in strategic conversations with the Directors
Lettings Manager – Experience Needed
- Previous experience in Lettings and Property Management required
- Previous experience in carrying out valuations and a track record of winning new business
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will be ambitious and driven to succeed
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
- ARLA qualification highly desired but not essential
