They are currently seeking a Hub Leader to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Hub Leader, you will lead the development and growth of our client’s children, youth and local work.
Specifically, you will co-ordinate a range of services such as family support, holiday provision, volunteering and youth mentoring as part of their integrated delivery.
Overseeing the delivery and improvement of their services, you will manage communications, income generation, resource planning and monitoring and evaluation activities.
Additionally, you will:
- Build partnerships with local groups
- Manage the hub plan
- Develop an effective and engaged team
About You
To be considered as a Hub Leader, you will need:
- Experience of leading community delivery projects
- Experience of growing projects from the start up phase through to delivery
- A strong understanding of community work
- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area
