About Our Client

Job Description

Head of Finance and Operations

Manage and develop the Treasury, Billing/AR, Procurement/AP and Project Accounting and Fintech teams.

* Collaborate with IT team to manage the operation and development of the ERP system, and lead the assessment and implementation of other software systems that would improve the efficiency and accuracy of the Finance department.

* Evaluate, design, and oversee the implementation of efficient financial operations and systems across existing entities and manage the implementation of financial operations in new entities as the Group continues to grow.

* Drive financial process improvements, enhancing productivity and accuracy through automation and implementation of best practice.

* Collaborate with senior leadership in Finance and across the business to drive efficient and effective financial management and operations and support the strategic development of the business.

* Ensure robust internal controls are in place across all finance operations.

The Successful Applicant

* ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent

* Strong proficiency in ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365), and familiarity with other financial software systems and Microsoft Excel.

* Proactive leader with the ability to oversee multiple teams and functions. * Analytical mindset with a keen eye for process improvements.

* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.

* Natural aptitude for technology and its application in financial operations.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Collaborative, hard-working, and approachable character, with an unwavering focus on results.

* A forward-thinking approach, always anticipating the needs of a growing, global business.
