Job description
You will be the support person or the sales person in the office who is trying to improve the customers' experience, you will like customers and enjoying helping them. You might get a bit of criticism for wanting to get it right first time and be frustrated that other people don't see it your way. Being the customer's evangelist is just your thing.
Your background will be working for a software company doing:
Customer Account Manager Home based office in Mansfield one day every 2 weeks
Basic £35,000 to £40,000 with up to £20,000 in commission
This software company have about 400 clients 2 major accounting software solutions.
They are very focused on doing the right thing for their customers and being a good company a good employer and a happy place.
Summary
This job is about knowing your customers and
Being the customer advocate
Being a friend to the customer and being aware of their issues.
You will have the authority to fix things, make decisions and get it right.
You will be aware of the support issues, the functionality they are using, the plans they have.
You will have about 80 accounts and your job is to:
Sell them more software
Sell them upgrades
Sell consultancy and training
And make sure they are using the software properly.
You will have a target of about £300K and all the account managers hit target.
