Owing to the nature of logistics coupled with the current economic uncertainty, our clients are making bookings at increasingly short notice. We like to offer great availability and be able to help and so to do this, we need a network of great drivers who we can call upon to satisfy demand. Quite often, ad-hoc work results in on-going bookings or even permanent job offers.
Monday to Friday rates are £11 per hour for the first 8 hours of each shift. Overtime rate thereafter is £14.50 per hour (excluding 30 minute break)
Weekends and bank holidays £14.50 per hour.
To succeed you will need to have a good level of physical fitness and a strong command of both written and spoken English language. You will also need to hold a full UK driving licence with category B entitlement clear of points and endorsements for at least 2 years.
